Madison High School Grad Party

Madison Parent Volunteers are working on connecting with the Madison neigh-borhood communities seeking donations and/or support for Madison Seniors.

The Mad Grad Committee arranges a drug-free, alcohol-free, chaperoned event for the seniors that follows directly after their commencement ceremony set for June 10, 2015.

They are holding multiple fundraisers and seeking sponsorships to help offset the costs of MAD GRAD 2015 and to make this event accessible to as many graduates as possible. Would you or  your organization consider donating financial and/or in kind support to a worthy cause?

Would your organization be willing to…

• Make a cash donation to help offset expenses or to allow us to provide scholarships for those students who otherwise could not afford to attend MAD GRAD 2015?• Make a donation of food or beverages to help us feed the over 100 excited and hungry teens we expect to attend MAD GRAD 2015?• Provide items or services that can be used as door prizes during MAD GRAD 2015? Movie tickets, gift cards, gift baskets or “goodie bags”, no matter the amount or size, are always appreciated.• Sponsor or provide an activity during the MAD GRAD 2015 celebration, such as a DJ or inflatable games?
