About Us

The Roseway Neighborhood Association (RNA) is a volunteer-run group that focuses on community advocacy and events, and serves as a line of communication between Roseway residents and the City of Portland.

Roseway is a neighborhood in beautiful Portland, Oregon, US.

Members work with neighbors, local businesses, and city, county, and state organizations to address neighborhood concerns in an open process of information sharing, all accomplished through volunteer efforts. Membership is open to any resident, building owner, or business licensee in the Roseway neighborhood. Not sure whether you’re in the Roseway neighborhood? Enter your address into PortlandMaps and look on the right under “Neighborhood.” The Roseway Neighborhood Association is not a homeowners association (HOA). We do not charge dues nor do we have any covenants to enforce.

We welcome your questions, comments, and attendance at any of our monthly meetings. The RNA doesn’t maintain an office so if you wish to contact us, please email us at rosewayneighborhood@gmail.com or call

(503) 272-1272.
