April RNA General Meeting Highlight

Last night's General Meeting of the Roseway Neighborhood Association included a visit from Chase Ballew, a graduate student from the Master of Urban and Regional Planning of Portland State University. His presentation about curbside recycling was followed with a lively question and answer time regarding Portland's program.
