With more than 20 years’ experience in private practice real estate appraisal and property tax administration, Mike joined Multnomah County in 2015 as the Deputy Assessor. He assumed the Director/Assessor role in 2016. Prior to joining Multnomah County, he worked for the Oregon Department of Revenue for 11 years in the property tax division and private practice as a commercial real estate appraiser for four years.

The Roseway Neighborhood Association invites Roseway residents to attend the October general membership meeting on Tuesday, October 13th, 2015 at 7:00 PM.Â The October agenda will include:
1) A vote to update the existing neighborhood association by-laws,
2) Board member elections.
Both the existing by-laws and proposed revisions can be found here at roseway.org. RNA board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at Grace Lutheran Church (NE 76th Ave and Fremont).
Last night’s General Meeting of the Roseway Neighborhood Association included a visit from Chase Ballew, a graduate student from the Master of Urban and Regional Planning of Portland State University. His presentation about curbside recycling was followed with a lively question and answer time regarding Portland’s program.
