Drop by and put in your “2 cent’s worth.” (Just remember, we only give a penny for your thoughts, though. It’s still an OK deal). Hope to see you there.
The Roseway Neighborhood Association invites Roseway residents to attend the October general membership meeting on Tuesday, October 13th, 2015 at 7:00 PM. The October agenda will include:
1) A vote to update the existing neighborhood association by-laws,

Both the existing by-laws and proposed revisions can be found here at roseway.org. RNA board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at Grace Lutheran Church (NE 76th Ave and Fremont).
Last night’s General Meeting of the Roseway Neighborhood Association included a visit from Chase Ballew, a graduate student from the Master of Urban and Regional Planning of Portland State University. His presentation about curbside recycling was followed with a lively question and answer time regarding Portland’s program.
Here’s a link to some of the material he presented.Â
Chase reminded those who have been around awhile of how complicated recycling used to be here in Roseway. Join Max Roseway  for some humorous reflections on neighborhood rubbish disposal. Ah, those were the days.
Join the Roseway Neighborhood Association for its summer general meeting, Tuesday, July 8, in the 72nd Avenue park blocks between NE Beech and Failing.
Meet your neighbors, bring your concerns, hear what guest speakers have to say and get ready for a couple of special treats — free shave ice (served by Ono) and music by Josh’s Junction (featuring bluegrass and folk musicians from Roseway and other parts of Portland).
The meeting is from 7-8 p.m.; the music will get going around 6:30. You may want to bring a chair or blanket.
See you there!
